胡忠良，1942年出生于四川洪雅，六岁开始学画，1961年毕业于乐山艺师美术专业，后又长期师承著名国画大师李琼久先生。同时攻读中国书画函授大学，直到毕业。96年寓居北京至今。现为中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员，香港中国书法家协会理事，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员，四川美术家协会会员，中国书画家协会理事，中国文人美术家协会理事、中国艺术研究院文化市场研究中心艺术委员、中原书画研究院艺术顾问、新加坡共和国新神州艺术院特聘高级荣誉顾问，扬州八怪书画院名誉院长，画圣吴道子研究馆名誉副馆长兼中国书法创作中心高级理事，经世界书画艺术家认定委员会和专家组合议审定，被评为一级美术师。他几十年来笔耕不辍，苦心临池，集诗书画于一身。作品气势恢宏，纯朴中见秀美。内涵丰富，有浓郁的蜀乡生活情趣，形成了自己的绘画风格。
Hu Zhongliang, born in 1942 in Hongya, Sichuan Province, began to learn painting at the age of six. In 1961, he graduated from Leshan Art Master Fine Arts Major, and then studied under the famous Chinese painting master Li Qiongjiu for a long time. At the same time, I studied Chinese painting and calligraphy in correspondence university until graduation. He has lived in Beijing since 1996.
Currently he is member of Chinese couplets to learn calligraphy art research association, Hong Kong director of Chinese calligrapher's association, Chinese painter-calligrapher association new literary community home work committee, member of sichuan artists association, director of Chinese artists association, director of Chinese literati artists association, China academy of art and calligraphy art committee, central plains culture market research center institute of art adviser accredited senior honorary adviser, new China academy of the republic of Singapore, honorary President of the yangzhou eight eccentrics painting and, draw SAN wu daoxuan institute honorary deputy curator and Chinese calligraphy creation center, senior director of committee and recognized by the world painting and calligraphy artist panel to the examination and approval of collegiate bench, Awarded as a first-class artist.
