艺术简介
黄欣笙，1958年出生。福建省泉州市人，书法研究生，国家一级书法师，中国文化遗产保护研究院书画委员会创作员、艺术顾问，中国诗书画出版社终身名誉社长，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员，全国名人书画艺术界联合会常务委员，中国书法家协会会员，中国楹联学会会员，中国楹联学会书法艺术委员及对联文化研究院研究员等等。

He was born in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, was a graduate student of calligraphy, a national first-class calligrapher, a creative member of the painting and Calligraphy Committee of the Chinese Academy of Cultural Heritage Protection, an art consultant, and a lifetime honorary president of the China poetry and Calligraphy Publishing House, he is a member of the new literary group of Chinese calligraphers and painters working committee of the Chinese calligraphers and painters association, a standing member of the national celebrity calligraphers and painters association, a member of the Chinese Calligrphers Association, and a member of the Chinese couplet society, calligraphy Art Committee member of Chinese Couplet Society and Research Fellow of Couplet Culture Institute, etc. .
